Hello 90s! A beautiful ring in 18kt yellow gold and white Bombé-shaped, porcelain, set with one natural vibrant deep 2.50 ct cabochon cut rubelite. Signed Bulgari, from the “Chandra” collection, Made in Italy, circa 1990.

Designed as a series of part textured crisp porcelain spheres depicting a flower. Rather than relying on gemstones for impact, Bulgari allowed material, volume, and symbolism to take center stage. Porcelain overall in excellent condition with the exception for a a very thin, superficial fissure in shank base. We have had a porcelain expert restaurateur look at it and his professional opinion is that it will not affect the integrity of the ring. It is possible to mask but we have left it visible to be transparent. No evidence of wear to the metal.
