An impressive 45 carat oval faceted and deeply saturated amethyst gracefully set framed in a scrolling foliate under a sapphire crown and embellished by rubies, emeralds, sapphires, diamonds and oriental pearls, Masterfully hand fabricated in 14 karat yellow gold and darkened silver.
