Question Shipping And Delivery
AnswerWe ship your order, fully insured express.  The items are covered 100% whilst in transit.

Orders typically ship 1-2 working days after payment is received.  In some cases, this may be delayed by a day or two for  reasons beyond our control (credit card approval pending, for instance).  If your item will not ship as scheduled, we will advise you ahead of time.

If you need us to ship the item to arrive at a specific date, please let us know before or as soon as you complete the purchase process.

In most cases, we are able to ship the goods on the same or next day the order is received if the purchase is made prior to 11:00am.

Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number.

All shipments require an adult signature.
