Rare and desirable, thrillingly historic and very wearable.

Late Georgian, 1820-1830, seven stone half hoop band, charming hand cut rose cut diamonds in foiled closed back setting, silver on top and 18k bottom and shank. The distinct shape of the hand-cut rose diamonds reveal themselves exquisitely with flashes of light upon the facets, and glimmers charmingly. In the early 19th century fine gemstone jewelry like this was worn only by the extremely wealthy. This ring comes from an Norwegian stately manor just outside Oslo called Losby.
